Introduction

The benefit of art activities can affect all aspects of a person’s life. In this course material, you will be learning how to become more aware of your emotions and how to control them. Whether emotions are expressed outwardly or turned inside, they are affecting your stress level and your general health and wellbeing.

Part I of this curriculum is focused on stress, its harmful effects, and how to calm yourself.

Part II relates to information on balancing your emotions by breathing with color imagery. It also explains a technique to balance you energy system with color.

Part III is the workbook of suggestions using art activities to reduce negative behaviors and enhance the quality of your life.
